There was a big problem to be solved that greatly affected the quality of life in our community.
Everybody was sure that somebody would do something about it.
Anybody could have done it. But, nobody did. Now, somebody got angry about this because it really was everybody’s job to help solve it. Everybody thought that anybody wouldn’t do it. It ended up that everybody blamed somebody. When nobody did what anybody could have done.
In case no one has guessed, the dilemma that we are facing is the way we manage solid waste.
