Going Green Science

Where fun and Discovery evolves.

VISION:

We see the future of science and innovation in the creativity of our most valuable resource our children. GGS Museum wants to nurture, inspire and engage the young mind in a positive learning environment where STEM education is taught to children and adolescents from ages 9 to 18 years old.

MISSION:

GGS and GGS Mobile mission is providing STEM rich activities to engage the minds of children, parents, and educators. The Green Science Center will allow everyone to play, build, and explore the natural forces of our world. Teachers can use our facilities to enhance and enrich each STEM activity before or after a lesson.  Parents can share the wonders of science with their children in our hands on learning in a safe, clean environment.

We are a non-profit organization (NPO) that began in 2011. Constance J. Jones-Johnson is the founder of Going Green Science (GGS).  She saw a need in Chicago to provide a positive learning environment
